Ehsan Askari
I'm a CFD Engineer registered as professional engineer in Canada. I have 10 years' experience in industrial CFD simulations covering compressible flow, multiphase flow, mass and heat transfer, phase change, turbulent flow, and combustion applied in various industries such as oil and gas. I have Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering major in CFD. My Ph.D. study investigated the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling of gas-liquid flows. The adventure started with the M.Sc. project concerning on modeling of industrial trays through a contact tower. After completing of M.Sc. study, I worked for a consulting company as a Chemical Engineer for three years. Since I was always obsessed with coding and programming, I decided to use open-source software extensively in order to conduct my research activities from my postgraduate studies until now.
